Terms & Conditions

1. The tenant must pay an amount of 500 riyals as a refundable deposit, which will be deducted from it in the event of any damage to the contents of the apartment by the client or his companions.

2. The tenant must observe Islamic behavior and etiquette during his stay in the apartment, and not allow any other people to reside other than those accompanying him, while adhering to calm and not disturbing others, in order to ensure public comfort.

3. The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the apartment and must maintain it. If any of the property is damaged, he must pay the appropriate compensation decided by the administration, and the tenant has no right to transfer the contract to another person.

4. Ensure that the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances are turned off when the client leaves the apartment; To prevent dangers from occurring – God forbid – for which he will be responsible.

5. The cost of the call will be paid immediately after completion, provided that the apartment phone is not used for purposes that violate good behavior and morals, otherwise he will bear responsibility in the event of his violation.

6. The rent during holidays and official holidays “seasons” differs from the rent for regular days and is agreed upon with the administration.

7. Check-out time is 2:00 pm, and if the guest is late to leave after this time, an additional day of stay will be charged.

8. Rental amounts are paid in advance.

9. If the tenant is absent three hours after the end of the contract, the management has the right to open the apartment, dispose of it, and lift the tenant’s belongings to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management, and the contract is considered void.

10. The management is not responsible for the loss of the tenant’s valuables inside the apartment.

11. The tenant has no right to recover the rental value in the event of departure before the end of the contracted period.

12. If the tenant wishes to renew the term or vacate the apartment, he must notify the administration of this an appropriate period before the end of the term.

13. The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions, and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.

14. The price includes 15% value-added tax and 2.5% accommodation facility occupancy fees.
